I am starting this post because I noticed that it has stayed
dormant for a while. I thought we have lots of fashion lovers on
this site- whether it be clothes, shoes, make up, hiar, accessories
etc to mention a few. I think alot of people have alot of
experience and tips to share with others on here. As a guy, our
fashion is prettty simple, but coodinating the right colours are
really important, wearing a nice hair sttle or cut all helps to
boost your confidence in yourself as well as people's confidence in
you. Look at our nollywood reps for instance or should I call them
the kings and queens of nolywood as cul cole ightly put it. They
constantly bombard us with their great fashion sense and style
which we always admire. Well guys- I've set the ball rollong here
and waiting for y'alll to make your contributions or air your own
opinions. I am attending the Mr and Mrs face of nigeria today- not
as a contestant but as part of the audience. Hoping to have a
really nice time.

Big T. thank you for starting this fashion thread, as you already
know, I live in one of THE fashion capital of the world, New York
City. When we talk about fashion we are talking about the styles
and customs prevalent at a given time, however, fashion does come
with one's sense of self and where the person are in their head at
that moment.
For me, fashion is all about attitude, I can take a simple T-shirt
and throw it on with a pair of jeans and some sandals or a pair of
my favorite wedges and rock the hell out of it ( simple but sexy)
not to mention a hand bag thrown in the mix of things, and I am
ready to go. A nice pair of shoe and some handbags always do the
trick, sometimes less is more.
Because I live in a state, where our seasons changes just about
every four months, one's sense of fashion and style has to change.
Right now it's Summer in NYC, and for me at this time, next to
nothing would do, lol.. oh yes, but no, I haven't lost my ever
loving mind as yet.
This summer Maxi's are on top of the list along with jeans and
Tshirt, shorts and men shirts... Why men shirts ... well, because
it is loose and nothing more sexier is a lady in a man's shirt with
the sleves turned up . My favorite foot ware at this time is
GLADIATOR SANDALS.
Like the shoe fanatic that I am I have them in all colors, they are
fun, trendy not to mention sexy and appeling to the eyes,
especially if the toes are nicely pedicured and polish.
Make up..keep it simple it's too darn hot to get all made up,
besides women are naturally beautiful, however, clean the face
gentle and MOUISETURIZE, MOUISETURIZE, MOUISTURIZE, and drink lots
of water, cant stress that enough. These are all apart of fashion,
from head to toe.

The cold has set the pace for a serious Winter ahead, it's been
cold now for 3 1/2 weeks in New York, what does that mean, time for
another FASHION TREND, it's all about the boots and the outerware.
The thigh high boots seem like it will make it's mark this year,
crop jacket are also back. Best buys on Boots at this time will be
DAVID Z located in Lower Manhattan with about four to five location
in the Union Sq area 14 st and Broadway. Sales are always going on
there, buy one half off the other..Great deals on Jackets at
Forever 21and various trendy botique in the lower villiage. Don't
forget Macy's Dept. store coupons are located in the Wednesday news
paper for same day sale, sales can be found on Saturday as well,
don't miss out people there are deals somple shop around.
